Adam and I have officially found our home!
I am beyond excited to tell you about Adam & I’s experience on purchasing our new home! You are welcome to check out my Youtube channel where I talk a little about what happens with purchasing a house; house vlog 1, house vlog 2, house vlog 3. I am thinking of doing a house tour but only if people want to see it! Leave a comment below if so, otherwise it may not happen. I want to make content that YOU are interested in.
It was a pretty quick and easy process if I do say so myself. The house we purchased was actually the SECOND house that we viewed and we pushed hard to get approved for our offer. Ask Adam, it was love at first sight. This home is the perfect first house for me and Adam with a lot of space for the both of us as well as room for the future ;).
So let’s rewind a bit!

We saw our house online right as it was posted, instantly we texted our realtor telling him that we wanted to look at it. That very next day, Adam got out of work we viewed it! The realtor told us that there were already multiple people that saw the house BEFORE us! As we drove home we talked about it and we came to a conclusion. We decided to put our offer in as well as be extra and write a letter to the sellers. They actually countered our offer but we stood our ground and well in the end WE GOT IT!
I am more than excited to be living in such a beautiful home with my lovie! It’s been a little over a month and being home owners is VERY busy; vwhether it be purchasing furniture, picking out paint for the house, where to put our furniture, on top of working full time jobs. I will admit even though I have been so crazy busy it’s nice.
If you know Adam and I, we were living at his parents house trying to finish school and save for a house. We literally lived in a small bedroom the size of a cardboard box well I am kidding but it felt like it. Two adults living in one bedroom with all our things surrounding us it was a challenge. I am thankful to have this place that we can call home.
Even Enzo is excited to have his own house!
He can roam around to all of the rooms and plop himself where ever he wants to. Surprisingly the transition for Enzo wasn’t as bad as we thought it was going to be.
