This photo shoot was back in October of 2014, but I wanted to upload some of my posts from my other blog onto this one. All of my photo’s are on my boyfriends laptop so I have to put them on my laptop so that’s what I am waiting for at the moment. I figured I would re-write my post since I have about 25 minutes until those photo’s load on my thumb drive.
The photo’s were taken at Madame Sherri Forest in Chesterfield, NH. It used to be a castle that belonged to Madame Sherri back in the 1920’s. It was burned down in the 1960’s and what’s left of the house are the stairs that led up to the house and the framework of the house. I found this off the Google, this is what the house used to look like.
This photo shoot was a very different kind of photo shoot than what me and my best friend normally do. I loved every minute of it, it was so much fun! The weather was rainy and cruddy but nonetheless it worked well with our photos!! There was some sunlight and the lights and dark just matched up perfectly with what we chose to wear. We spent about 4 hours here and it literally didn’t even feel like we spent a long time there.
The photo of just the stairs I had to crop but it looks amazing! 🙂 I am so proud of the way these photo’s came out, and I think that my photo’s have grown within the past couple of years. Looking back at the old photo’s I have taken in the past and comparing them to the recent ones I have taken, these are by far the best ones I have taken. I don’t know if it was just because the lighting was amazing or if the colors of the leaves just brought out the vibrancy of each photo but I am very pleased with how these came out!
I love this photo of me, the way that the light hits it’s just amazing how much natural lighting makes a photo a good photo!
